Sponsorship Request
Nonprofit
Nonprofits · Marketing & Agencies
Let a company request sponsor benefits with brand, budget band, and the program they want to be seen on.
Companies that write “we would love to partner” usually want a logo and a table, not a restricted gift. This template asks for a budget band and the benefits they actually care about so development can send a package instead of a donate link.
Who it is for
Development and events teams who sell sponsorships with a finite inventory.
When to use it
Use it when a company is buying visibility. Donation Pledge is a philanthropic intent without benefits. Grant Interest is an org asking you for money. In-Kind Donation is goods.

Sponsorship Request
Frequently asked questions
Does this invoice them?
No. It is a request for benefits. You still send the contract and the invoice from the tools you already use.
How is this different from a donation?
Sponsorship assumes a deliverable. A pledge does not. Keep the forms separate so finance can code them differently.
Can I attach a PDF menu?
Link the menu from the page intro. Asking them to upload your own deck is how requests stall.
