These are the promises we publish next to our prices. They match what the product does today.
Honest limits
Free includes 1,000 submissions per UTC calendar month as a soft limit. We show friendly notices at 80% and 100%. We never block or drop submissions when you reach that number. Listed AI actions and the Premium AI budget are enforced as described on /pricing.
No surprise charges
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. We give 30 days' notice before any price change, and your founder price never changes.
Founder price locked for life
Upgrade or reserve before January 31, 2027 and you can be on Premium monthly at $7.99/mo for life, even if you start on yearly. We never take that lock away.
Free stays free
The Free plan stays free for the features listed in the Free column on /pricing. Turning on Premium feature gates does not remove anything that column promises.
30 days' notice before plan changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing listed plan prices or included features. Existing Free users who use logo, header image, saved themes, or custom CSS get that same 30 days' notice before those Premium features are gated.
Data export anytime
Export submissions as CSV, Excel, or PDF from the dashboard anytime. The REST API lists form entries. To delete your account, contact support.
We never send submissions to the AI
Create with AI and Ask AI in GRTforms work on form structure (fields, logic, and safe settings). Respondent answers and submission records are not sent to the model.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid GRTforms plans are month-to-month or annual, and you can cancel anytime in Manage billing. Premium stays on until the end of your paid period.
What counts as a submission?
One submission is one successful form response. Drafts, blocked attempts, and preview submits do not count. File uploads on that response are part of the same submission.
How does the AI allowance work?
Free includes 20 AI actions each calendar month (UTC). Every signed-in Create with AI, Ask AI refine, and other account Bedrock call counts as one action. After those run out, verified magic-link (email) accounts get +20 AI actions when you publish your first form. Extra boost actions do not expire and are used only after the monthly allowance. Guest /try and unverified email-and-password signups do not get the boost. Premium uses a $2.00 UTC calendar-month Bedrock budget ($2.00 AI budget / mo), not a monthly action cap.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual billing is 25% off the monthly price. You pay $108 once per year, which is $9/mo.
