Design Critique
Research
Collect a structured critique of a prototype — clarity, flow, and written notes — from people who just reviewed a file or URL.
Slack threads that say “looks great” do not change a flow. This template asks reviewers to rate clarity and the next step, then write what worked and where they stalled — a critique, not a popularity score.
Who it is for
Designers and PMs who want written judgment after a review, from teammates or from customers who saw a prototype.
When to use it
Send it after a critique session or a prototype walkthrough. Usability Test Signup is a live task. Beta Feedback is about shipped software. Feature Request is an idea that does not exist yet.
What this form collects
Reviewer identity, the artifact, two star ratings, a ship/rework call, what worked, where they stalled, and an optional markup file.
- Internal design review follow-up
- Customer preview of a new onboarding
- Agency handing a first concept to a client
Preview mode: This is a live read-only render of the template. Sign up to clone it into your account, or customize it with the guest AI builder first.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a vote?
No. Stars here are clarity and flow, not a ranking. Do not average them into a vanity metric.
Can I attach the Figma file to the form?
Link it from the page or the email you send. The artifact field is so you know which version they saw.
Should anonymous peers use this?
You can make names optional after you clone it. Most teams want a name so they can ask a follow-up.
