Beta Access Request

Research

IT & Operations

Qualify a beta seat with product area, current tool, and the job they would run so you invite people who will actually try it.

betaaccessearlyproduct

A waitlist that only asks for an email fills with people who will never log in. This GRTforms template asks which surface they want and what they would try in week one so you spend seats on testers, not souvenir accounts.

Who it is for

Product and research teams running an invite-only beta.

When to use it

Use it when you still approve seats. Product Waitlist is the colder “tell me when it ships” list. Beta Feedback is after they already have access. Changelog Subscribe is release mail, not a key.

What this form collects

Identity, company, optional cohort ID, product area, current tool, a first-week job, and debrief permission.

  • Invite-only SaaS beta landing page
  • New mobile build behind a TestFlight gate
  • Platform API preview for design partners

Frequently asked questions

Does submitting this create an account?

No. It is a request. You still provision the seat in the product. Say that in the success copy if people expect an instant login.

How is this different from Product Waitlist?

Waitlist is “email me later.” Beta Access assumes you will decide yes or no and that they will do work. Keep both if you run a public tease and a private cohort.

Can I require a company email?

The field is labeled work email. Add a domain hint after you clone it if consumer Gmail accounts waste your time.
