Product Waitlist
Sales
Capture who wants a not-yet-shipped product, which SKU they are waiting on, and what they would use it for.
A waitlist that is only an email field cannot tell launch which segment to unlock first. This template asks which product they want and what they would use it for the week it ships.
Who it is for
Founders and PMs collecting demand before a SKU, region, or API is real.
When to use it
Use it on a coming-soon page. Newsletter Signup is an ongoing list. Changelog Subscribe is for people who already have the product. Beta Access is an application to test, not a “tell me when it is for sale” list. Demo Request is for something you can already show.
What this form collects
First name, email, which SKU they are waiting on, notify preference, and a first-week job. A hidden campaign field can ride in from the landing-page URL.
- Coming-soon landing page
- Region waitlist on a pricing page
- API access list before public docs
Preview mode: This is a live read-only render of the template. Sign up to clone it into your account, or customize it with the guest AI builder first.

Frequently asked questions
Does GRTforms send the launch email?
GRTforms stores the waitlist. Export or connect the emails to the provider you already send from.
Can I cap the list?
Not from the form. Close the page when you have enough, or add a note in the intro that you are taking the first N.
Should this collect payment?
No. There is no shipped payment field. Take a card when you can fulfill, not when you are still building.
