No. Registrar still moves them if a seat opens. Say the promotion rule in the intro so people are not refreshing the SIS overnight.
What is the hidden section field for?
Prefill `?section=02` from the closed-section page so students do not type the wrong CRN. Hidden fields store with the submission and never show on the form.
Can I rank waitlist priority automatically?
