Create a Workflows webhook in Microsoft Teams ('Post to a channel when a webhook request is received'), paste the URL in GRTforms, and each new entry posts an Adaptive Card with the form name, field values, and a link to the form's submissions in GRTforms. Encrypted fields are never posted. Optionally post only when a field matches a condition.

How to set up

  1. 1. Create a Workflows webhook

    In Microsoft Teams, go to the channel where you want to receive notifications. Click the ··· menu, choose Workflows, and select 'Post to a channel when a webhook request is received' or a similar webhook template. Copy the webhook URL.

  2. 2. Paste the URL in GRTforms

    Open a form and choose Integrations. On Microsoft Teams, click Connect, paste the webhook URL, and click Save. The URL must be HTTPS and from Power Platform.

  3. 3. Configure fields

    Optionally adjust how many fields to show in each message (1–10, default 5). Encrypted fields are never included.

  4. 4. Optional posting condition

    Turn on Only post when a field matches and pick a field, operator, and value. Encrypted fields cannot be chosen. Leave it off to post every new entry.

  5. 5. Submit a form entry

    Submit the form. An Adaptive Card appears in the selected channel with the form name, top fields, and a View submissions button when the condition matches. Skips and failures show under Activity.
