Webhooks

Available

GRTforms can notify a URL you control in two ways: signed webhooks on the form Webhooks page, and the Webhook (POST JSON) connector on the form Integrations tab.

How to set up

  1. 1. Signed webhooks

Open a form and choose Webhooks. Click Add Webhook. Enter the Endpoint URL, select Events (New Entry, Entry Updated, Entry Deleted), and click Create Webhook. Copy the signing secret — it is shown once.

  2. 2. Webhook (POST JSON)

Open a form and choose Integrations. On Webhook (POST JSON), click Connect. Enter Account label and Destination URL. Optionally add Field mapping (Form field → Destination) and click Connect. Success and failure appear under Activity.
