Analytics & tracking

GA4

Available

Paste a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID on a form. When a visitor opens the published form, their browser loads Google's gtag.js and sends a page view. A successful submit sends GA4's recommended generate_lead event. Tracking runs client-side only (there are no server-side events), so browser blockers or consent choices can prevent it. Raw HTML or script snippets are rejected. Tracking codes, including GA4, are listed as a Premium feature on pricing. Premium features currently work on every plan; existing users get 30 days' notice before that changes.

How to set up

  1. 1. Open Settings

Open the form in the builder and choose Settings.

  2. 2. Paste the GA4 measurement ID

Under Tracking pixels, paste a GA4 measurement ID (for example G-XXXXXXXXXX). Only a vendor ID is accepted.

  3. 3. Optional preview

Load trackers in preview is off by default. Turn it on only if you want the owner viewing the published form (or a same-origin embed) to fire the same tracker. The builder's in-editor preview never loads trackers.

  4. 4. Publish the form

Public visitors load the configured tracker on the published form.
