Trash
Deleted forms stay in Trash for 30 days. You can restore them from there.
Move a form to Trash
On the Forms list or a form page, choose Delete, then Move to Trash. The form leaves Forms and appears on Trash. Open Trash from the Trash button on the Forms list.
While a form is in Trash
The public link shows that the form is no longer available. People cannot fill it. Webhooks and integrations on that form are turned off. Entries stay with the form.
Each card shows how many days are left to restore. Trash only lists forms that still have time left.
Restore
On Trash, choose Restore. The form returns to Forms. If it was published, the same public link works again. Webhooks and integrations stay off until you turn them on.
After 30 days
After 30 days in Trash, a form no longer appears in Trash and cannot be restored. It is then removed by a scheduled cleanup.
