Share and Form Manager

Duplicate forms, organize them with tags, embed on WordPress, share a public link, and keep internal notes on entries.

Duplicate a form

On the Forms list or a form overview, choose Duplicate. The copy is named (copy), gets a new slug, and starts unpublished. Fields, settings, theme JSON, and logic come along. Entries, integrations, connections, webhook secrets, API keys, and password hashes do not. Plan form-count limits still apply.

Tags

Add up to 10 tags per form (32 characters each). Tags are stored in lowercase. Use the chips above the Forms list to filter by tag.

WordPress embed

The Share dialog includes a copyable iframe snippet for WordPress. In the block editor, add a Custom HTML block and paste the snippet. GRTforms does not offer a WordPress plugin or shortcode. You can also use the JavaScript embed from the same Share dialog if you prefer that snippet.

Social share

Share the public form URL with plain links for X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email. There are no third-party scripts or tracking pixels.

Entry comments

Open an entry and add an internal comment. Only the form owner can add, list, or delete comments. Respondents never see them. Comments are not included in CSV, Excel, or PDF exports, and they are not sent in webhooks.
