Form integrations

Send mapped submission fields as JSON to a URL you control, or post to Microsoft Teams from the Integrations tab.

Where it lives

Open a form you own and choose Integrations. Only the form owner can view or change connectors.

Webhook (POST JSON)

Connect with a destination URL and an optional field mapping (form field → JSON key). After each new submission, GRTforms queues a delivery and POSTs JSON to that URL. Success and failure, including the error message, show in the activity log on the same tab.

Disconnect removes the connection. Destination URLs follow the same safety checks as form webhooks: private and metadata addresses are rejected.

Signed form webhooks and the REST API are separate and still documented on the developers page.

Microsoft Teams

Create a Workflows webhook in Microsoft Teams, paste the URL, and each new entry posts an Adaptive Card with the form name, top field values (1–10, configurable), and a View submissions button linking to the form's submissions. Encrypted fields are never included. Optionally post only when a field matches a condition; skipped entries appear in the activity log.
