Insights
See which forms bring the most submissions, how they are trending, and what to improve.
What Insights does
Insights ranks your forms by how many submissions they collected. It shows whether that number and the share of visitors who submit are up or down versus the last stretch of the same length.
Each form also gets a health score from 0 to 100, plus a few ideas you can try. The ideas come from those same counts and from how the form is set up — not from reading anyone's answers.
Where to find it
Sign in and open Dashboard. The Insights card is on that page.
Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days. The page starts on the last 30 days. Refresh starts an update. You can refresh once every 10 minutes. Opening the dashboard does not send anything to AI.
What each part means
Your forms, ranked
Forms are listed with the most submissions first. Each row shows the form name, how many people submitted, what share of visitors submitted, and how those numbers changed versus the previous stretch. A short line chart shows submissions over the days in the period you picked. The form name opens that form's analytics. Drafts and live forms both appear. Forms in Trash do not.
A form with fewer than 5 views and fewer than 3 submissions shows Not enough data yet instead of rates.
Performance trends
Three tiles cover the last 7, 30, and 90 days. Each tile shows total submissions and the share of visitors who submitted, plus the change versus the previous stretch of the same length. Tap a tile to see that period in the list below.
Form health score
Health is a number from 0 to 100. GRTforms computes it from the numbers it already has. It does not ask AI to invent a score.
The score goes up when:
- More visitors submit. This part is full at 25% or more. It is skipped until a form has at least 10 views.
- More people who start the form also finish it. This part is full at 80% or more. It is skipped until at least 10 people have started the form.
- Fewer entries look like spam. No flagged entries is best. This part is zero at 15% flagged. It is skipped until a form has at least 5 submissions.
- The form has a thank-you message, a description, and at most 4 required fields.
The score goes down when:
- A smaller share of visitors submit, or start but do not finish.
- A larger share of entries are flagged as spam.
- There is no thank-you message or no description, or more than 4 fields are required. The required-field penalty reaches its max at 10 required fields.
A new form can still get a score from those setup checks before it has traffic. Under the score, Insights lists what is pulling the number down.
These are not counted yet: which field people leave, how long they take, and phone versus computer. Those gaps are left out rather than guessed.
Drop alerts
Insights flags two kinds of sudden drop:
- No submissions in the last day, when that form usually gets at least 3 a day over the last 14 days.
- The share of visitors who submit fell by 40% or more versus the previous stretch. This only appears when the previous stretch had at least 20 views and 5 submissions, and the current stretch has at least 20 views.
If neither applies, you see that there are no sudden drops right now — or Not enough data yet when traffic is still too low.
Ideas to improve
Each form can show a few suggestions. Typical ideas include adding a thank-you message, adding a short description, making some required fields optional, shortening a form with very low conversion, or turning on CAPTCHA when a large share of entries look like spam.
Some ideas have Apply to draft. That button edits an unpublished copy only. A live published form is never changed. If the form is live, GRTforms makes an unpublished copy first, then opens it in the builder. Ideas without a safe one-click action stay as text.
How to use it
- Your contact form usually gets a few submissions a day, then shows a drop alert for none in the last day. Check that the form is still published and that the public link still works.
- A form's share of visitors who submit is down versus the last period. Open the ideas on that row. If many fields are required, try Apply to draft to make some optional, then publish when you like the copy.
- One form sits at the top of the list. That is the form bringing the most submissions right now. Put more of your sharing effort there, or open its analytics for a closer look.
- A form has no thank-you message. Apply to draft adds one on an unpublished copy so people know the send worked. Your live form stays as it is until you publish that copy.
Your data and AI
Insights looks at view, start, and submission counts, conversion and completion rates, how many entries were flagged as spam, the health score, and alerts. It also looks at field labels, field types, which fields are required, and whether the form has a thank-you message or a description.
It never reads respondent answers, uploaded files, or IP addresses. There is no setting today that sends answers to AI.
A short written summary may appear. You do not turn that on in your account. When GRTforms has written summaries enabled, the text can be labeled AI summary. Every number in that text has to match the counts already on the page. If a number does not match, the AI text is dropped and a simple summary is shown instead.
Opening the dashboard never sends data to AI. A refresh, yours or a scheduled one, is what can write a new summary. Apply to draft does not use AI.

Plans
Rankings, trends, health scores, drop alerts, and the usual suggestions are on Free and Premium. Insights is not a separate paid add-on.
Written AI summaries, when they run, use the same monthly AI allowance as Create with AI. Free includes 20 AI actions each month. Premium has a monthly AI budget instead of an action cap. Apply to draft does not use that allowance.
FAQ
Does opening Insights send people's answers to AI? No. Answers are never sent. Opening the dashboard does not call AI at all.
Will Apply to draft change my live form? No. It only edits an unpublished copy. You review that copy in the builder before anything goes live.
Why do I see "Not enough data yet"? That form has fewer than 5 views and fewer than 3 submissions in the period you picked. Rates stay hidden so a tiny sample is not treated as a trend.
How often can I refresh? Once every 10 minutes. If nothing has been computed yet, Refresh starts the first update.
Is Insights only on Premium? No. The card is on the dashboard for every signed-in owner.
