Free and Premium

Free includes unlimited forms, 1,000 submissions per UTC month (soft limit), logic, signatures, the theme designer, form access controls, PDF export, the REST API, signed webhooks, Zapier (Coming soon), 20 AI actions per month, and +20 AI actions when you publish your first form. Public forms show a Powered by GRTforms badge.

Premium is $12/mo or $9/mo billed yearly. It adds badge removal, logo/header image, saved themes, tracking codes, conditional email routing, custom CSS, and a $2.00 monthly AI budget. Business and Agency are waitlist-only.

Logo/header image, saved themes, and custom CSS currently work on every plan. If you already use them on Free, you'll get 30 days' notice before they become Premium-only. Badge removal is already Premium-only.

What each row means

• Unlimited forms: Create as many hosted forms as you need.
• Submissions / month: Successful form responses collected in a UTC calendar month. Numeric Free quota is a catalog soft limit — notices at 80% and 100%, never blocked or dropped.
• Logic: Show, hide, and jump based on answers.
• Multi-step forms: Page breaks and a step-by-step public flow.
• Signatures: Typed or drawn signatures with an audit trail.
• Theme designer: Per-form presets, colors, allowlisted fonts, and density on the Style tab.
• Form access controls: Password, open/close schedule, and entry limit on the form Security page.
• PDF export: Export submissions as PDF.
• REST API: REST API keys for forms, entries, and webhooks.
• Signed webhooks: HMAC-signed webhook deliveries with replay protection.
• Zapier (Coming soon): The GRTforms Zapier app is not available yet.
• Logo / header image: Upload a logo or header image on the Style tab.
• Saved themes: Save a look and reuse it across forms from My themes.
• Custom CSS: Per-form CSS on hosted forms and embeds.
• Remove “Powered by GRTforms” badge: Hide the public-form badge on Premium.
• Tracking codes: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and HubSpot IDs on public forms.
• Conditional email routing: Route submission email To / CC / BCC from field values.
• AI actions / month: Create with AI and Ask AI in the builder. Free is counted per UTC calendar month; Premium is the monthly Bedrock budget, not an action cap.
• Onboarding AI boost: One-time extra AI actions after you publish your first form, stacked on the monthly Free allowance.
• Monthly AI budget: UTC calendar-month Bedrock spend cap for Premium.
• Priority support (Coming soon): Faster support response. No priority queue exists yet.

Plan & usage

Signed-in customers can open Account → Plan & usage for the current plan, included features, submissions this month, AI balance, and the onboarding boost. Reaching the Free submission soft limit never drops a response.

Our commitments

• Honest limits. Free includes 1,000 submissions per UTC calendar month as a soft limit. We show friendly notices at 80% and 100%. We never block or drop submissions when you reach that number. Listed AI actions and the Premium AI budget are enforced as described on /pricing.
• No surprise charges. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. We give 30 days' notice before any price change, and your founder price never changes.
• Founder price locked for life. Upgrade or reserve before January 31, 2027 and you can be on Premium monthly at $7.99/mo for life, even if you start on yearly. We never take that lock away.
• Free stays free. The Free plan stays free for the features listed in the Free column on /pricing. Turning on Premium feature gates does not remove anything that column promises.
• 30 days' notice before plan changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing listed plan prices or included features. Existing Free users who use logo, header image, saved themes, or custom CSS get that same 30 days' notice before those Premium features are gated.
• Data export anytime. Export submissions as CSV, Excel, or PDF from the dashboard anytime. The REST API lists form entries. To delete your account, contact support.
• We never send submissions to the AI. Create with AI and Ask AI in GRTforms work on form structure (fields, logic, and safe settings). Respondent answers and submission records are not sent to the model.
