Team notifications
GRTforms can email your To, CC, and BCC list when a form receives a new entry. Add field-based routing in the builder so specific answers notify the right people. Failed sends never look like they succeeded.
Sign-in emails
Email sign-in links are sent on a separate path from submission notices, so a delay on team alerts cannot block signing in.
Respondent confirmation
Forms can email a receipt to the person who submitted. Off by default. See respondent confirmation email.
