Appointment / Booking Request
Scheduling
Request an appointment with a preferred date and time window.
A booking request is not a calendar hold. This template collects who wants time, which service, a preferred date, and a window — then you confirm.
Who it is for
Consultants, clinics, and local services that still confirm appointments by hand.
When to use it
Use it when you cannot expose a live calendar. Consultation Booking is more sales-oriented. Salon Appointment and Interview Scheduling specialize the same idea.

Frequently asked questions
Does this write to Google Calendar?
No. It is a request. Confirm on the calendar you already run, then reply to the submitted email.
Can I offer specific time slots?
Replace the morning/afternoon dropdown with the slots you actually have after you clone the form, or describe them to Customize with AI.
How do I stop double-booking?
Treat submissions as a queue, not a hold. If you need real-time inventory, use a dedicated scheduler and keep GRTforms for the intake questions.
