Ask AI in the builder
Chat with AI to refine a form you already own. Review a preview, apply the changes you want, then save as usual.
Where to find it
Open any form in the builder. An Ask AI button appears in the builder header on desktop and on the mobile builder, next to Preview.
What you can ask
- Translate labels, placeholders, help text, options, title, and description.
- Suggest show/hide, skip-page, confirmation, and email-routing rules.
- Add, remove, reorder, or rename fields; change types; make a field required or optional.
- Rewrite copy so it is shorter, clearer, or a different tone.
- Suggest missing fields for the form's purpose, or a theme preset.
Preview, apply, and undo
AI never overwrites the form silently. You see added, removed, and changed fields with before → after text, plus new logic rules in plain words. Accept or reject each logic suggestion. Apply updates the builder only — use Save when you are ready. Undo restores the previous builder state, including Ask AI applies and drag-and-drop inserts or reorders.
What is sent to the model
Only this form's fields, logic, and safe settings. Submissions, respondent answers, notification emails, tracking IDs, and secrets are never sent. Usage counts toward the same monthly AI allowance as Create with AI. Free includes 20 AI actions each UTC month, then +20 AI actions when you publish your first form for verified accounts. Guest /try does not use that boost.
